Xin es co-CEO de GSR. Ha estado en crypto desde entonces, y antes de eso estuvo en finanzas tradicionales por más de años, inicialmente como gerente de portafolio en el equipo de Scientific Active Equities en BlackRock en Londres, desarrollando estrategias de inversión cuantitativas para un fondo europeo long-only de $bn. Xin se mudó a Shanghái para convertirse en jefe de producto de la startup fintech DealGlobe, posteriormente estableciendo su propio fondo de cobertura de derivados crypto, Magpie Capital, como cofundador y CEO, antes de unirse a GSR para construir la franquicia en Asia. Xin se graduó de la London School of Economics con un BSc en Matemáticas y Estadística de Negocios, y de London Business School con un MBA, especializándose en Gestión Empresarial. También es titular de la certificación CFA.
