Liquid is a Bitcoin sidechain that enables fast, confidential asset issuance and tokenization, including real-world assets (RWAs). The project recently activated a hard fork to remove the issuance cap for non-LBTC assets, unlocking large-scale tokenization and supporting smart contract development with Simplicity.
