Ed Feltenは、Arbitrumの開発初期チームであるOffchain Labsの共同創業者兼チーフサイエンティストです。Offchain Labsでの役割に加えて、Edはプリンストン大学の教授であり、約20年にわたりコンピュータサイエンスと公共政策の学生を教育してきました。Edは、2015年6月から2017年1月までホワイトハウスの副米国最高技術責任者を務めました。2017年1月から2017年8月までは、連邦取引委員会のチーフテクノロジストを務めました。現在は、プライバシーと市民的自由監視委員会の委員を務めています。EdはCaltechで物理学の学士号を取得し、ワシントン大学でコンピュータサイエンスと工学の博士号を取得しました。
