COPE는 두 가지 단계로 구성된 프로젝트입니다. COPE의 1단계는 암호화폐 시장에 대한 트레이더의 호출을 기반으로 트레이더의 약점과 실패를 회고적으로 파악하고 평가하며, 이를 자기 분석을 위한 보고서로 제공하는 것을 목표로 합니다. 최고 호출자는 호출 정확도에 따라 평가되며, 다른 매개변수와 함께 COPE 점수를 부여받습니다. 상위 100명의 호출자는 COPE 점수로 순위를 매기는 COPE 지수에 포함됩니다. 월별 '개혁'을 통해 일관된 상위 100명 목록이 생성되면, 신규 최고 호출자가 지수에 포함되고 기존 멤버가 제외됩니다. 이는 신뢰할 수 있고 정확한 메커니즘을 사용하여 측정된 최고 트레이더 호출을 기반으로 하는 새로운 유형의 투자 상품에 대한 내러티브를 제공하며, 이는 2단계로 이어집니다.
