flow state

I just finished a 10.4 mile run. Smooth and in rhythm. At mile 8 I was in a flow state where I was so dialed in that my mind toggled instantly between the absolute present moment and points in the distant future with perfect focus and acuity. Microscope + telescope = a good life.
