COPE é um projeto que tem duas fases. A Fase 1 do COPE envolve buscar determinar e avaliar fraquezas e falhas de traders retrospectivamente com base em chamadas de traders sobre mercados de criptomoedas e fornecer relatórios sobre isso para autoanálise. Os Melhores Chamadores são avaliados com base na precisão de suas chamadas, que, junto com outros parâmetros, resulta em uma pontuação COPE atribuída a eles.
