Helium
Helium é uma rede de máquinas descentralizada alimentada por uma blockchain física. A rede é criada por gateways que também atuam como mineradores em nossa rede. Esses operadores de gateway podem ganhar tokens com base na cobertura que fornecem, bem como taxas de transação obtidas de máquinas que se conectam ao seu gateway. Helium é uma nova criptomoeda. Hotspots ganham por fornecer e validar cobertura sem fio e quando dispositivos na rede se conectam à internet através de Hotspots. Helium é minerado e distribuído para proprietários de Hotspots, Helium Inc e investidores. Não há pré-mineração de Helium, e a cada mês aproximadamente 5.000.000 de novos Helium são cunhados. Ao final de cada período de mineração, aproximadamente a cada 30 a 60 minutos, o Helium é distribuído de acordo com a alocação mostrada:
