Carl Hua é sócio-gerente da Reforge e anteriormente foi CTO e sócio de investimentos da Shima Capital e Arquiteto Chefe da Celsius Network. Antes disso, Carl liderou os esforços de pesquisa e desenvolvimento na RippleX, unidade de negócios de plataforma de código aberto/desenvolvedores da Ripple. Ele também co-gerenciou a equipe de C++ (XRP Ledger) durante seu tempo na Ripple. Antes da Ripple, Carl foi CTO da Logos Network — uma empresa de blockchain de primeira camada e alto desempenho, posteriormente adquirida pela Ripple.
