Gnosis Pay card services are back to normal for over 99% of users. Please don't send funds to your old Safe address. New Safe accounts have been issued to all users. Full update in the thread.

3. is the core of the issue I am afraid. I was discussing with others I brought in Gnosis Pay who also said this. They are just not using it again since it's 1 strike and you are out. They got no incentives to use it apart from me telling them. But now with hacks on top ... well nope :(
