Mihai Alisie 是 Ethereum 與 Bitcoin Magazine 的共同創辦人，目前專注於實現 Akasha Project。他自 2011 年起積極參與區塊鏈技術領域，當時他與 Vitalik Buterin 共同創立了全球第一本以 Bitcoin 為中心的刊物 Bitcoin Magazine，並擔任主編直至 2014 年底。隨後他加入 Vitalik 共同創立 Ethereum 專案。在 Ethereum 早期，Mihai 在建立支援 Ethereum「預售」活動的商業基礎設施與法律架構方面扮演關鍵角色，並主導瑞士的相關工作。在瑞士成功設立後，他擔任 Ethereum 基金會的戰略經理與副總裁，負責營運事務，直至 2015 年底轉而專注於實現 AKASHA 的願景。
