Richard Teng 是 Binance 的联合首席执行官，拥有超过三十年的金融服务和监管经验。Richard 于 8 月加入 Binance，担任 Binance Singapore 的首席执行官，不久后担任 Binance 区域市场主管，负责 MENA 地区、欧洲，最终负责美国以外的所有地区。在加入 Binance 之前，Richard 曾担任阿布扎比全球市场 (ADGM) 金融服务监管局首席执行官、新加坡交易所 (SGX) 首席监管官以及新加坡金融管理局企业融资总监。他的教育经历包括新加坡南洋理工大学、西澳大利亚大学、美国宾夕法尼亚大学沃顿商学院。
