Carl Hua es socio director de Reforge y anteriormente fue CTO y socio de inversión en Shima Capital y arquitecto jefe en Celsius Network. Antes de eso, Carl lideró los esfuerzos de investigación y desarrollo en RippleX, la unidad de negocio de plataforma de código abierto/desarrolladores de Ripple. También coadministró el equipo de C++ (XRP Ledger) durante su tiempo en Ripple. Antes de Ripple, Carl fue CTO de Logos Network, una empresa blockchain de alto rendimiento de primera capa, que luego fue adquirida por Ripple.
