Keyrock Acquires Bankrupt Crypto Lender Blockfills for $3.25M
Belgian digital asset firm Keyrock has agreed to acquire bankrupt crypto trading and lending platform Blockfills for $3.25 million, pending court approval. The deal includes most of Blockfills' assets, certain liabilities, client lists, and proprietary technology, after Blockfills filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy in March with assets of $50M–$100M and liabilities of $100M–$500M.
