Privacy Policy

• Account data — when you sign in: your email and/or wallet address, via our authentication provider. We never receive your private keys or seed phrase.
• Usage content — your search queries, AI chats, and watchlist, plus credit balance and usage history, so we can run and improve the Service.
• Interaction signals — which results you click, used in aggregate to improve ranking and relevance.
• Device and log data — standard server logs (IP, user agent, timestamps) for security and reliability.
• Local storage and a cookie — see “Cookies” below.

To provide and secure the Service, authenticate you, process credits and payments, generate and improve answers and rankings, prevent abuse, and comply with law. We do not sell your personal information.

To answer a query, we send the query text and relevant retrieved data to third-party AI model providers (via our inference router) to generate a response. Do not include sensitive personal information in your queries. We do not authorize these providers to use your query content to train their public models where an opt-out is available to us.

We use only what’s necessary to run the product, so we do not show a cookie consent banner:

• Essential cookie — a locale cookie remembers your chosen language.
• Local storage — your theme, recent searches, and a dismissed-notice flag are stored in your browser, not on our servers.
• Authentication — our sign-in provider stores a session so you stay logged in.

These are strictly necessary or functional and are exempt from consent under applicable rules. If we ever add non-essential tracking, we will request consent first.

We use a privacy-friendly, cookieless web analytics service to understand aggregate usage (page views, performance). It does not set cookies or build advertising profiles.

We share data only with vendors that process it on our behalf to operate the Service, under contract. Categories include: cloud hosting and analytics; database, cache, and search infrastructure; AI model inference; authentication; and market- and on-chain-data providers. They may process data outside your country.

We keep account and usage data for as long as your account is active and as needed for the purposes above, then delete or anonymize it. You can delete your chats and watchlist in-app; you can request account deletion via the contact below.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on where you live (e.g., the EEA/UK under GDPR, or California under the CCPA/CPRA), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these, contact us below. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.

We and our providers may process your information in countries other than yours. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) for these transfers.

The Service is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date and, where appropriate, additional notice.
