自问自答，抛砖引玉聊聊我的看法： Arbitrum 为什么不救 @Ostium 于水火？前者可能有心，但后者是真的无意。 从Ostium 最新的公告可以看出它甚至没有提Arbitrum，更别说是请求Arbitrum 官方介入协助冻结的动作了。既然Ostium 没主动提，@arbitrum 自然没必要做吃力不讨好的事。 且Ostium 被盗对Arbitrum 而言顶多算个皮毛伤，甚至都可以忽略不计；KelpDAO 事件确实伤筋动骨了，把AAVE 等大协议牵扯进来，系统性风险较高，选择迅速响应冻结也就不足为奇了。 所以，Arbitrum 面对这两起黑客事件选择性执法也在情理之中。
