Alana Palmedo

Alana Palmedo is a Managing Partner and COO at Paradigm, leading all business functions, including operations, finance, legal, business development, and investor relations. She began her career in asset management in at Cascade Investment, LLC, the investment office for Bill & Melinda Gates. Later, she joined the investment team at the Boston University Investment Office. Alana earned her MBA from MIT Sloan and BBA from Pacific Lutheran University.
