Bloom Energy $BE shares are trading lower after New Mexico regulators rejected, for a second time, permits for a gas pipeline planned to supply Oracle’s Project Jupiter data center. The decision could delay the campus, which is expected to use up to 2.5 GW of Bloom Energy’s gas-powered fuel cells.
