He was previously Head of Corporate Development at Kraken, a member of Silvergate Bank's Board of Directors Blockchain Advisory Committee, Co- Head of CME Ventures, a member of the Board of Directors of Ripple, and an advisor to Accenture.He graduated from the University of Chicago with a Master's degree in Entrepreneurial Finance and Economics and received a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Indiana University.
