Brian Quintenz is a board member at Sui Group Holdings and was formerly the policy lead for cryptography at az, where he helps transition between the cryptography and policy communities. Brian has long been an innovative thinker in the cryptocurrency and DeFi space and was one of the first leaders in Washington to recognize the value of cryptocurrencies. Brian initially joined az crypto as a Senior Advisor. In December , he will lead its policy team full-time. Prior to joining az, he was nominated by Presidents Obama and Trump to serve on the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC). At the CFTC, Brian was founder and executive director of Saeculum Capital Management, LLC. from Duke University and M.B.A. from Georgetown University.
