David Brouwer is the CTO of the Mango Network. As a senior technology developer, he is familiar with Move/Solidity/Rust language and has in-depth research on Move language. He participated in the construction of Libra technology community in the early stage, and is also developing AI applications using GPT, as well as building high-performance trading networks and complex contract applications. He graduated from the University of Twente in the Netherlands.
