Felix Xia is the founder and CEO of aZen Protocol, managing partner of Metalabs, and founder of Zeni. He founded Suntech Power Holdings Limited in , which quickly rose to become one of New Zealand's top three security companies within three years. In , he became General Manager/Dean of the China Innovation Institute at the University of Auckland, leading government funding negotiations. Felix Xia holds a bachelor's degree from Zhejiang University and a master's degree from Massey University in New Zealand.
