Jake Chervinsky is the CEO of Hyperliquid Policy Center. He was formerly the chief compliance officer of Variant Fund, chief policy officer of Blockchain Association, and general counsel of Compound. Prior to that, he practiced litigation at Kobre & Kim and Baker McKenzie, focusing on securities law, certification standards, terrorist financing, the application of the Howey Test in cryptocurrency, and helping Blockstream become one of the most significant companies in the industry.
