Katherine Dowling

Katherine Dowling is the President of Bitcoin Standard Treasury Company and previously served as General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at Bitwise Asset Management. Prior to that, she was the co-founder, general partner, managing director, and chief operating officer of Luminate Capital Partners, a San Francisco-based software private equity firm. A graduate of Harvard Law School, Katherine served as a federal prosecutor for over a decade before joining the Economic Crimes Division of the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Northern District of California, where she worked with the FBI, SEC, IRS, and other agencies to prosecute insider trading, fraud, and money laundering cases.
