Marc Boiron is Chief Executive Officer at Polygon Labs where I oversee all aspects of the organization. Before being named CEO, he was the Chief Legal Officer at Polygon Labs. Prior to joining Polygon Labs, he was Chief Legal Officer at dYdX Trading Inc., where I handled all legal matters. Prior to joining dYdX, he was a partner in the blockchain and cryptocurrency and financial services groups of Manatt, Phelps & Phillips, LLP.
