Steve Guo has an outstanding professional and academic background, attending the University of Science and Technology of China at just years old, earning a PhD in computer science in , and starting his career at Intel as a software engineer and technical lead. In early , Steve Guo founded Dora Network, a blockchain company. The company focuses on sidechains and interoperability; At the same time, his team has developed a powerful capability to optimize zero-knowledge proof computations using GPUs. In July , Steve Guo joined Loopring as CTO, and together with his team from Dora Network, built the first zkRollup system, and in August , Steve Guo announced that he would step down as CTO of Loopring at the end of August. In early , Steve Guo was appointed CEO of Loopring.
