Wayne Chang is the CEO of Spruce Systems, building decentralized identity infrastructure. Previously, he was the Director of Product Management - Identity at ConsenSys and the Head of Token Engineering at ConsenSys' Token Foundry, where he worked to create meaningful and sustainable decentralized ecosystems. He has a strong background in software development and startup methodology, with a focus on customer needs. He has also provided consulting services to IBM, the MIT Media Lab, and several software startups.
