Xiaojun Zhang is a co-founder of Cango and formerly served as its chairman. Since , Mr. Zhang has also served as chairman and general manager of Shanghai Chejia. Prior to co-founding the Company, Mr. Zhang served as director and general manager of SAIC-GM Automotive Finance Co., Ltd. from to . From to , Mr. Zhang served as deputy general manager of Shanghai Automotive Industry Corporation Finance Co., Ltd. From to , Mr. Zhang served as Financial Manager at the Shanghai Branch of the People's Bank of China. Mr. Zhang obtained a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics in , a Master's degree in Business Administration from Peking University in , and completed the Harvard Business School China Executive Education Program in , thereby gaining alumni status.
