Sommelier is a non-custodial, cross-chain platform that lets users deploy automated, actively-managed DeFi investment strategies through smart contracts called Cellars. It uses a Cosmos SDK blockchain for coordination and validators to execute strategies on Ethereum, Arbitrum, and Optimism, enabling sophisticated yield optimization without manual intervention.
